Monday night was the Mississippi State Washington County Alumni Meeting. Wenn called it the Bully Party and was so excited about meeting Bully and Coach Croom. You can see how proud Andy is to have a picture with Coach Croom and could not wait for me to post it on our blog. He also won season basketball tickets so we are thrilled about taking Wenn to some games! Keeton was also there to share in the fun and they both looked too cute in their maroon and white. Go State!

Miss Priss and the Dirt Mountain
As some of you know, Frankie and Parker are building a house down the street from us. One afternoon last week, Wenn and I walked down to their lot to look at all the big machines and discovered "Dirt Mountain". We had to go home, change and get our tools to come back and play. Wenn LOVES playing in the dirt and pretending to ride large, heavy machinery. We are so excited about having them in our neighborhood and hope we can convince them to incorporate Dirt Mountain into their landscape. I'll let you know how that goes!

Chef Wenn
Chef Wenn stopped by last night to help make supper. She insisted on wearing her apron and chef's hat. We made Catfish Parmesan, roasted asparagus and baked sweet potatoes. She was in charge of breading the fish - she even touched it! She was a great helper and I can't wait until she's actually old enough to cook. I'll be glad to take a night off! I couldn't get her to smile, she was too busy. Doesn't she make a precious chef?

Happy Dance
Cousin Jacob is here this weekend. When Jacob gets excited or is really happy, he does a "happy dance". Here is a little video of Jacob and Wenn doing the happy dance together! I think Wenn was so happy about Baby Mills' arrival - she can't wait to meet Myrt! Congratulations to Nick and Kate on their beautiful baby girl - check out their blog to see pics. of their new addition! I'm sure they did a little happy dance of their own! Jacob will be visiting with us a couple of more days because there is no power at his house due to the storm that tore through Jackson Friday. We're just glad that he's here. Enjoy the Happy Dance!

The Very Hungry Caterpillar
Last Thursday night Jamie Murrell and I took Keeton and Wenn to see The Very Hungry Caterpillar at the BPAC. Here they are with their tickets before we went in to the theater. It was very cute and the girls loved it. Keeton especially liked the stars and the trees. It was a unique puppet show and it included The Very Hungry Caterpillar, The Mixed-up Chameleon, and Little Cloud by Eric Carle. It was a great girls night out!
